Hands of Hope

Hands of Hope is the community arm of Hope Church.

We are based in Unidus Community Centre, located in the south-western suburbs of Brisbane.

Our mission is to bring hope through practical means to build stronger and more sustainable communities. We desire to empower families to lead successful and holistic lives and to work with young people and children through targeted programs and events.
